What is Intersegmental Traction Therapy?
Intersegmental Traction Therapy is a form of therapy used to address spinal pain and injuries. Patients who receive this therapy are placed on a specially-designed chiropractic table that is attached to rolling device. This device delivers a gentle pressure to help stretch the spinal vertebra. Intersegmental Traction Therapy helps bring back normal functioning to the spine.
How long does treatment take?
Treatment takes between 10 -18 minutes.
What does treatment feel like?
Most patients feel a gentle stretching feeling in their low back and hips.
How many treatments will I need?
Many patients start feeling a significant reduction in pain in as five sessions. However, these treatment sessions should be accompanied with other rehabilitation measures to achieve optimum results.
